Lehi Utah

We are pleased to inform you that we can work during the repair of our Lehi office and can't wait to see you again! The space is large enough to work at full capacity, we are easy to find and accessible, and it is close enough to make a great day trip with a nearby hotel.

The Alpine Loop Scenic Byway offers many beautiful attractions and is a good alternative to driving south to Sundance Mountain Resort. The FrontRunner will take you south to Provo to explore the bustling downtown area of Provo, but you also have to visit the caves! Mt. Above the valley, a Timpanogos towers, where you can visit the cave, hike or have a quiet picnic.

You can also walk or walk the 17-mile Murdock Canal Trail, cool off in the city pool, or walk, bike, walk or ride along the trail.

For high-altitude adventures, there are facilities to help you get gliders, paragliders and model airplanes into the air. Traverse Mountain's diverse shops include a variety of styles that are suitable for everything from camping, hiking, fishing, camping gear and more. There is even a Cabela's where you will find everything you need to feel at home in the great outdoors.

Most offer wonderful mountain views and most have an attached garage for 1 to 2 cars, but it is worth noting that some are located at the top of the mountain, such as the townhouses "Rising Bun" and "Bun Hill." The advantage of these townhouses is that many offer a private backyard that can be fenced in for extra privacy. They offer plenty of space for anyone living below or above, as well as access to a pool, pool house and even a swimming pool.

Lehi has several great neighborhoods, including Traverse Mountain and many others. Single family homes offer the most privacy, with many of the best views in the city and even in some more remote areas.

Old Emigration Road once led from Salt Lake City to City Rocks, Idaho, where it was connected to the California Trail. The colonial rulers of Lehi uprooted and eventually settled in their Promised Land. Historic sites and attractions in the area include some of the best preserved parts of old Utah, such as the Utah State Capitol and the old courthouse.

Lehi still retains some of the small-town charm that drew families there in the first place. I grew up in Lehi, and when I used the FrontRunner it was easy to drive around the valley, especially on the way to the Utah State Capitol.

The Legacy Parkway Trail is a useful and efficient commuter route as it is fully paved and has no road crossings. The trail leads from Hidden Hollow Drive, as it is called in local parlance, to Hobbs Reservoir and Hobb's Pond. From there, you will pass the Farmington Bay Waterfowl Management Area, where it joins the South Fork of the Salt Lake River Trail, and you will be north to west. There is also a short way east of the hobby pond, but not as far as the path itself.

Lehi has so much to see, including a variety of restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and other attractions. At Gamers Inn, family game evenings are held where you can try out a game before you buy it, or join a group to play your favorite board game. This is a great place for families who love musicals that are not found in any other Utah city.

When the time is right, Homie's will help you make an offer, answer questions, secure financing, and provide a completely free service to buyers. Start the process by browsing through the current house sales in Lehi and finding great deals so you can feel comfortable there. If you are ready to take a closer look, click on "Plan a tour" or "Shop and shop."

Grab a burger or an old-fashioned shake at Porter's, visit the place where the donuts used to stand, and head to Lehi Roller Mills. If the still-functioning mill looks familiar, it's because it was on the set of the original Footloose.

Real estate in Lehi is very affordable, with condos starting in the low to mid $100,000's, townhouses selling for under $200,000, and single-family homes selling around the mid $200,000's. Although I am not an aspiring real estate expert, LeHI has evolved from a bedroom community to a destination for families who want to be at the center of or near the action. There are a number of large venues that are family friendly and provide an opportunity to learn and experience Utah that is nowhere else.
